The project is a seven-story mixed-use building. There is one existing level of below-grade parking. The first two floors are existing commercial spaces that are being renovated. The existing roof level will become a new parking level that connects to the parking floors of the neighboring building. The new fourth floor is an outdoor terrace and the base for four two-story townhomes. The existing building is a concrete-framed building with two-way slabs. The new fourth floor will be framed in concrete and the townhomes will be steel framed with type-2 moment frames.
